Day 1
Visited park: Lake Manyara National Park
Dinner and overnight: Tloma mountain Lodge
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport you will be met by your private guide and car and depart to Lake Manyara NP to enjoy a gentle game driving. With its over 380 birds species the park is considered a bird watchers paradise offering the spectacle of large flocks more than that of single sightings. At this time of the year thousands of flamingos are also present.

Day 2
Visited park: Serengeti central and south-eastern
Dinner and overnight: Seronera Wildlife Lodge
Rainfall patterns can vary every year but the second half of May usually marks out the beginning of the dry season and that is the time to normally witness endless columns of migratory wildebeest moving westwards. At the same time the progression of drought starts to trigger gazelles and their predators close to the permanent water streams of Seronera, the Serengeti central valley ...

Day 3
Visited park: Serengeti western corridor
Dinner and overnight: Mbalageti
Early morning game drive in order to witness nature lit up by the gentle glow of rays at dawn and then depart to the Grumeti Valley [Serengeti western corridor] up to Kirawira where, normally starting from mid of May, herds start to mass up along the river banks and where, if lucky, you might witness to some early crossings ... along the way you will divert to the Musabi plains ... beyond wildebeest migratory herds these plains should host a good deal of resident wildlife including the largest population of topi antelope left in Africa ...

Day 4
Visited park: Serengeti western corridor and central
Dinner and overnight: Seronera Wildlife Lodge
Your guide will advice you on the areas to best explore.
The Dutwa plains surrounding the lodge could be packed full of wildebeest herds and, if that is the case, also host a concentration of predators higher than normal. In such an eventuality you might consider to leave the lodge at 6 am with packed breakfastand spend the whole morning around here. Instead should herds have already started to mass up along the river or should crossings already occur you might prefer to enjoy an early morning game drive in the Dutwa plains and after breakfast depart to Kirawira. The banks of the Grumeti river are also home to huge Nile crocodiles, hippos, leopards, black and white colobus monkeys. Alternatively you might depart after breakfast with picnic lunch to the Lake Victoria shores, visit a local fishermen village and enjoy some fishing ...

Day 5
Visited park: Ngorongoro crater
Dinner and overnight: Ngorongoro Farm House
Today you will explore the famous caldera, one of the most fascinating places of Africa. Thanks to the variety of habitats [long and short grasses savannahs, acacia forest, woodland, clearings, swamps, freshwater and soda lakes] it hosts all year round about 30.000 animals ...

Day 6
Breakfast and return back to Arusha. Time permitting visit Mto wa Mbu market or enjoy a visit to a coffee plantation with hot lunch [the visit to the coffee plantation has to be requested at the time of booking].
